Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive at Cairo, North Africa’s largest city. Upon arrival at Cairo International airport, you will meet Misr Travel tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration formalities. Transfer from the airport to your chosen hotel by private air conditioned deluxe coach.

After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Accommodation: Stay for 02 nights at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at the First Residence

Day 2

Meet your Egyptologist guide, and then head to one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the great Pyramids Plateau of Cheops, Chephren & Mykerinus (including entry inside of Chephren pyramid). Ride on camelback to the valley temple where the process of pharaohs mummification takes place before burial and see the enigmatic Sphinx. Explore the Solar boat museum, where you find the 142-feet-long funerary barge of Cheops. Stop for lunch at local restaurant, before driving to the Egyptian Museum, home to the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artefacts in the world, including the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen, Egypt's most famous teenage king. View its famed royal Mummies hall, where nine mummified bodies of ancient royals can be seen on display including Ramses II.

Day 3

Transfer to Cairo airport for a short flight to Luxor, "The world open - air museum". Meet and transfer to board your Luxury Nile cruise. After Lunch, tour the great temples complex at Karnak, the largest religious building ever constructed. Walk through this extraordinary open-air museum and into the sizeable Hypostyle hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest, cross the avenue of sphinxes arriving to visit Luxor Temple. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 4

After Breakfast, tour the famed location of over 64 tombs for Pharaohs and nobles on the West bank of the Nile. First explore the famed tombs in the Valley of the Kings, then continue to visit Deir el Medina the site of a very special workman’s village, whose craftsmen built and decorated the tombs of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings, then proceed  to the mortuary temple of Ramses III at Medinet Habu. The tour also includes the visit to the immense Colossi of Memnon, two impressive statues of Amenhotep III. Return to your Luxury Nile cruiser for Lunch, sail to Esna & Overnight.

Day 5

Early morning Start sailing to Edfu, Enjoy Breakfast on board, arrive Edfu & visit temple dedicated to Horus by local carriages which is considered one of the most beautifully preserved temples, back to cruise & start sailing to Kom ombo. Lunch on board, in the afternoon visit twin temple of Kom ombo by the Nile dedicated & Overnight in Kom ombo.

Day 6

Enjoy Breakfast while cruising onward to Aswan. After Lunch, begin your Aswan sightseeing with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, then continue with a motorboat trip to the temple of Philae dedicated to the goddess Isis, world UNESCO national heritage. The temple was dismantled and recollected when the High Dam built 1960. In the afternoon visit to Botanical garden by felucca, back to cruise & overnight in Aswan.

Day 7

Disembark from your Zahra Nile cruise after Breakfast, direct transfer to Aswan airport to catch your flight to Cairo, upon arrival direct transfer to your hotel & overnight.

*  Possibility to make Optional tour to Abu Simbel & visit Abu Simbel Temples. You will see the impressive twin temples of Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari. The entire site was disassembled and moved to its current location to save it from the floodwaters caused by the Aswan High Dam.

Day 8

After Breakfast, transfer in a private vehicle with Misr Travel tour manager and check-in for your onward flight.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till September 30, 2021, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Reservation & Cancellation policy

  • A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and constitutes part of your final payment.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
  • The company has the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within this period. 
  • Tour prices and dates are correct at the time of the website going live, however, are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  • Misr Travel accepts the credit and debit cards (Visa and Master Card) as well as a wire transfer.
  • We charged no credit card fees or hidden surcharges.

Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive cancellation requests per person.

The cancellation must be done by sending an email with 1) Name of the passenger 2) Passport number 

Cancellation fees.

  • 45 days before your arrival, 6% of the total tour price will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
  • From 40 to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
  • From 7 to 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged. 

Children Policy.

A: It differs from one tour to another.

  • 0 - 01.99 Free of Charge
    2 - 4.99 pay 25% of the tour price
    5 - 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price
    12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

B: The policy is valid and applies to children sharing their parent’s rooms.

C: If the package includes Air Flight or Sleeping Train, then an extra charge applies as per the flight or train policy.

Single supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

Important Notes:
We highly recommend you book this trip as early as possible, preferably 50 days prior to departure. Reservations received within 30 days will be on request and subject to availability of accommodation.

For the International flight it will be according to the type booking policy , & concerning the Internal flight you can have just 1 piece with maximum of 20 kilograms (international dimensions).
