Day 01 : Arrive Cairo - Egypt

Arrive at Cairo, North Africa’s largest city. Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will meet Misr Travel tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration. Transfer from the airport to the hotel by private air-conditioned deluxe coach. After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Day 02 : Legendary Giza Pyramids & Egyptian Museum

Meet your guide and head to Giza plateau to explore the Great Pyramid of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus. Ride on camelback or horse carriage to the valley temple and the enigmatic Sphinx. Visit the Solar boat museum, where you find the 142-feet-long funerary barge of Cheops. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant, before heading to the stunning Egyptian Museum, home of the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world, including the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen, Egypt's most famous teenage king. View its famed Royal Mummy Room, where nine mummified bodies of ancient royals can be seen on display including Ramses II. Continue to the Coptic Cairo to visit the Hanging Church of St. Mary and Ben Ezra synagogue. Next, stroll in Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, a bustling souk in the city’s old district.

Day 03 : Luxor - Cruising the Nile/ Temple of Hathor at Dendera

Transfer to Cairo airport for short flight to Luxor, " the world's greatest open-air museum".Meet upon arrival and transfer to board your luxury Nile cruise. Lunch will be served on board as you sail to Quina before proceeding to the stunning Temple of Hathor at Dendera. Hathor is an Ancient Egyptian goddess who personified the principles of joy, feminine love. Overnight in Quina.

Day 04 : Temple of Seti at Abydos / Cruising the Nile

Drive north in the company of your Expert guide to Abydos, The stunning temple of Seti I and home of “The Cult of Osiris”. It was believed to be the place where Osiris was buried. The paintings of the Osiris Temple at Abydos are among the most beautifully preserved in Egypt Tours, and it contains an inscription of the kings' list. Lunch will be served on the Oberoi Philae as you sail back to Luxor. Late this afternoon, visit Luxor Museum, to admire the objects that found in the tombs of Tutankhamen (horse-carriage, weapons as well as several exhibits).

Day 05 : Karnak & Luxor temples

After lunch aboard, begin your Luxor sightseeing with a visit to the monumental temple complex at Karnak. Walkthrough this extraordinary open-air museum and into the Great open court, into the Great Hypostyle Hall of 134 columns towering above you like an ancient forest. Continue to the impressive temple of Luxor via 2 kilometers avenues of sphinxes, the royal processional path for the annual Opet religious festival. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 06 : The fabled Valley of the Kings & Temple of queen Hatchepsut

Begin your day of exploring with a journey to the famed location of over 64 tombs for pharaohs and nobles on the West Bank of the Nile. First visit the famed tombs in the valley of the kings to explore the beauty and mystery of King Tutankhamen tomb, continue to Ramses "The Sixth" tomb and discover the most stunning decorations, represent the origins of the heavens, earth, the creation of the sun, light, and life itself. Drive to the famed rock-cut temple of Queen Hatshepsut, Egypt's only female ruler. The tour also includes stopping for the photo at the gigantic Colossi of Memnon, impressive statues of Amenhotep III.

Sail south to Edfu via Esna lock. Overnight in Esna.

Day 07 : Cruising the Nile I Edfu to Kom Ombo

Enjoy the cool Nile to Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus the falcon-headed sun god. This temple is one of the most beautifully preserved temples surviving from the age of the pharaohs. Continue to Kom Ombo to visit the temple uniquely dedicated to two gods – Horus the Elder and the crocodile-headed Sobek. The crocodiles kept in the temple and some mummified remains are on the show. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 08 : Aswan I Majestic Philae temple & Nubian Museum

Enjoy breakfast on board, begin your Aswan sightseeing with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, then continue with a motorboat trip to the Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis of beautiful Philae Island, world UNESCO heritage. The temple was dismantled and recollected when the High Dam was built in 1960. After lunch on board, proceed with your tour into the history and culture of Nubia. The Nubian Museum is established in partnership with Unesco to save the monuments and heritage of the Nubian people from the flooding of Lake Nasser when the High Dam was built in 1960.

Day 09 : Abu Simbel / Cairo

Disembark from your Philae Nile cruise after breakfast, free at leisure. Alternatively, meet your guide for an optional tour to Abu Simbel world UNESCO heritage site, to see the impressive twin temples of Ramses II and his wife, Queen Nefertari. The two rock temples of Abu Simbel were constructed and dedicated to the King Ramses II and are an incredible sight to behold. The entire site was disassembled and moved to its current location to save it from the floodwaters caused by the High Dam of Aswan. Return to Aswan airport for the flight back to Cairo. Meet and transfer to the hotel for an evening at leisure.

Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till September 30, 2021, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Reservation & Cancellation policy

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and constitutes part of your final payment.
Full payment is due 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
The company has the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within this period.
Tour prices and dates are correct at the time of the website going live, however, are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Misr Travel accepts the credit and debit cards (Visa and Master Card) as well as a wire transfer.
We charged no credit card fees or hidden surcharges.

Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive cancellation requests per person.

Cancellation fees.

45 days before your arrival, 6% of the total tour price will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
From 40 to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
From 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
From 7 to 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Single supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.
