Day 01: Arrive Cairo, Egypt

Arrive in Cairo international airport; you will meet Misr Travel tour manager who will escort you through customs and immigration. Transfer from the airport to your hotel by private air-conditioned deluxe coach.

After check-in, you are free to spend the rest of the day/evening at your leisure.

Day 02: Cairo I Legendary Pyramids & The Egyptian Museum

Meet your Egyptologist guide this morning for a tour of one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Visit the stunning Pyramids complex of the great pyramid of Cheops, Chephren, Mykerinus and valley temple. Ride on camelback or horse carriage to see the enigmatic Sphinx, and visit the Solar Boat Museum, where you find the 142-foot-long funerary barge of Cheops. Stop for lunch at local restaurant, before driving to the Egyptian Museum, home to the most extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artifacts in the world, including the priceless treasures of Egypt's most famous teenage king, Tutankhamen. View its famed Royal Mummy room, where nine mummified bodies of ancient royals can be seen on display including RamsesII. Continue to Coptic Cairo to Visit the Hanging Church of St. Mary and Ben Ezra synagogue. Next, stroll in Khan el-Khalili Bazaar, the most interesting local souk in the city’s old district.

Day 03: Arrival Aswan I Visit High Dam & Philae temple

Transfer to Cairo airport for short flight to Aswan to board your luxury Nile cruise. After leisurely lunch, start your tour with a visit to Aswan High Dam, engineering marvel; completed in 1970. Ride a motorized boat to Philae Temple, dedicated to the Goddess Isis and UNESCO world heritage site on the island of Agilika. The whole temple dismantled and relocated to its current site to avoid the dam flooding. Welcome cocktail reception and overnight in Aswan.

Day 04: Cruising the Nile I Temple of Kom ombo & Temple of Edfu

Your cruise ship sails towards Kom ombo. Explore the fantastic dual-deity temple of the Ptolemaic Period is dedicated to both Haroeris (one of the oldest forms of the falcon-headed God Horus) and appropriately enough, the fearsome Crocodile God Sobek. Return to the ship and enjoy lunch onboard as your luxury vessel continues its journey toward Edfu.visit the Temple of Horus the falcon-headed sun god. This is one of the most beautifully preserved temples surviving from the age of the Pharaohs. Day 05: cruising the Nile I Luxor - Temples of Karnak & Luxor

After breakfast and a leisurely morning on board. You might wish to be on deck as the Sonesta traverses through the Esna Lock. You will view rural life, methods of irrigation, farming, and animals. After lunch, tour the monumental temple complex at Karnak, the largest religious building ever constructed. Disembark after breakfast. Begin your day of exploration with a journey to the famed location of over 64 tombs for pharaohs and nobles on the West Bank of the Nile. First, visit the famed tombs in the valley of kings and explore the beauty and mystery of King Tutankhamen, Ramses "the Sixth" tomb with its stunning decorations of the origins of heavens, sun, earth, light and life itself. Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person per trip and valid till September 30, 2021, except during Christmas, New Year & Easter holidays.

Reservation & Cancellation policy

A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and constitutes part of your final payment.
Full payment is due 30 days before the commencement of the tour.
The company has the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not received within this period.
Tour prices and dates are correct at the time of the website going live, however, are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
Misr Travel accepts the credit and debit cards (Visa and Master Card) as well as a wire transfer.
We charged no credit card fees or hidden surcharges.

Cancellation refunds will be calculated as of the date we receive cancellation requests per person.

The cancellation must be done by sending an email with 1) Name of the passenger 2) Passport number

Cancellation fees.

45 days before your arrival, 6% of the total tour price will be charged as a bank transaction fee.
From 40 to 30 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be charged.
From 29 to 15 days before your arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be charged.
From 14 to 7 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be charged.
From 7 to 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

Children Policy.

A: It differs from one tour to another.

2 - 4.99 pay 25% of the tour price
5 - 11.99 pay 50% of the tour price
12+ pay full tour price as per adult person.

B: The policy is valid and applies to children sharing their parent’s rooms.

C: If the package includes Air Flight or Sleeping Train, then an extra charge applies as per the flight or train policy.

Single supplement:
This option is available for those who prefer traveling with others but prefer single accommodation. This will guarantee you your own room for every night of the tour. The number of single rooms we can offer is limited, so it’s best to book early.

Important Notes:
We highly recommend you book this trip as early as possible, preferably 50 days prior to departure. Reservations received within 30 days will be on request and subject to availability of accommodation.
