Notizie: (The partial opening of GEM in 2019) The general supervisor of the Grand Egyptian Museum Tarek Tawfik (GEM) revealed that the partial opening of the museum will be in the first quarter of 2019. (Antiquities Ministry to reveal logo of GEM Sunday) CAIRO - 8 June 2018: The Antiquities Ministry, in cooperation with the Investment and International Cooperation Ministry and the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, announced in a press conference on Sunday the launching of the preliminary management and operation of the services of the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM). The new logo of the GEM will also has been revealed during the conference.
